A rolling 24h sum of P(T)×R failure pressure, with warning/degraded/breaker thresholds.
Definition
The risk accumulator sums the canonical P(T)×R contribution of each failure over a rolling 24-hour window. Crossing the warning (60), degraded (120) or circuit-breaker (240) thresholds escalates the agent. This dashboard computes the corrected P(T)×R accumulation rather than an R-only proxy.
