Definition
The LOGICAL canary is one of nine probe categories the runtime periodically fires to actively test an agent. A LOGICAL probe exercises trust factor CT-COMP and a failure carries MEDIUM risk. Note: the canary taxonomy is a provisional (Phase-1) governance subsystem held locally, not part of the sealed canonical spec.
